Inside the Huawei Experience
Huawei were one of the first to market with a 5G capable handset.
To further own this space Tinker Tailor designed an identity for the
5G technology to create a further dergree of ownership and to align
with Huawei’s premiun handset portfolio.
In our time as brand consultants within Huawei’s industrialdesign
team in Shenzhen, China, we were integral in shaping the brand
communications for Huawei’s flagship handsets, EV car brand
and product portfolio segmentation.
In our partnership with Huawei, we crafted distinctive brand identities tailored
for their pioneering 5G technology and the ‘AITO’ electric vehicle (EV) brand.
This collaboration encompassed creating launch films, conducting product photography, naming products and ranges, and developing copywriting
and Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) designs.
Working in such a dynamic and industrious environment was an extraordinary experience. It offered us the unique opportunity to collaborate directly
with product designers and innovation teams, a task demanding
resilience and a robust aptitude for innovation.
