We proudly unveiled the brand refresh of Landmark Hong Kong’s
Luxury Loyalty Scheme, BESPOKE, recently.

We crafted a captivating brand identity, revitalising BESPOKE while
preserving its brand equity. Through visually stunning assets and a
fresh design theme, we created a seamless digital and in-mall
experience, including a communication matrix and a compelling
positioning line that represents the scheme’s four key pillars.

Introducing the tagline “DISCOVER THE EXTRAORDINARY,” we
elevated the program with captivating messaging and a unique visual
language. We drove engagement with new members and enticed
existing members to level up, unlocking exceptional benefits.
