Beauty from within new innovative 
skin-care brand

Shiseido

Shiseido Innovations tasked us to develop and design a brand new packaging line for a newly created ingestible beauty brand ‘In-Ryu’. 

From the logo to the identity and all it’s key-elements, right down
to the TOV, advertising and social expressions, we created this
beautiful harmonious range aligned to the Japanese philosophy
of inner flow and beauty.

Luxurious Serenity

The packaging is a serene mix of colour harmony, embellished with gold foil and finished with a tactile contrast of coated and uncoated stocks.

 

The cylindrical packaging stands out amongst a sea of squares, acting as its own point-of-sale and unique brand identifier.

 

The construction acts as a stacking system, allowing the packs to interlock and stack safely, and is perfectly designed to house the 30 sachets inside. Inspired by traditional Japanese art, the foiled waves encircle the base in a seamless flow, echoing the body’s inner flow and the quiet energy of harmony restored.

 

Designed for easy access to the pills and to take pride of place, the kind of packaging that should be displayed, not hidden.

Inspired by Japanese Art

Simplicity, refinement, and stylish minimalism, all underpinned by a leitmotiv of vitality.

 

Inspired by traditional Japanese art and the Seigaiha wave motif, the INRYU brand blends heritage references with modern sophistication. The result is a design language that feels both rich and restrained, capturing the essence of flow, harmony, and serenity.
